How do I book a grooming or daycare slot? +
The fastest way is our online booking page. Pick your store, service, date and time in under a minute. You can also WhatsApp or call your closest store.
What vaccinations does my dog need? +
Daycare and nightcare require an up-to-date 5-in-1 (DHPPi) and Kennel Cough vaccine, plus a valid Vet Card. Please bring or email your vet card to your chosen store. Grooming appointments do not require a vet card.
Do you collect and drop off? +
Yes. We offer a fetch and carry shuttle around each store's local area. Chat to the team about availability and pricing for your suburb.
Where can I learn more about working with you? +
We run our own training school, the Pampered Paws Academy. Five career tracks, 25 modules, free to start.
